Lindsey Mead is one of Ratio’s founding partners. Before founding Ratio, Lindsey spent over six years at Amity Search Partners leading searches for private equity and hedge fund clients and heading up the firm’s Boston presence. Before that, Lindsey was a principal at Providence Equity Partners where she was responsible for the firm’s hiring and human capital activities. Lindsey began her career at the Boston Consulting Group where she was an associate consultant and the director of North American recruiting.
Lindsey received a degree in English from Princeton, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and son. Lindsey enjoys reading, writing, running, yoga, and doing puzzles, both jigsaw and crossword. She is officially the worst tennis player in her family and is an almost-retired skier. Lindsey has trouble choosing a favorite book but two are A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle and Gilead by Marilynne Robinson.
